I believe each just in the cabin has to have the same package, that way He would not be able to share his Premium drinks with you when you are only paying for the easy package. (I’m not saying you will do that but others will and have) that’s why you both have to have the same package

I don’t know for certain,  I would call.   My guess is that he would need to get equal or greater.  So in your scenario he would be able to get the premium
