Review summary
Overall very good cruise. Boat is very nice. Lots of activities. However, some people from the crew have an attitude not directed towards customer satisfaction. This was more prevalent with bartenders and some waiters in the buffet rooms. Also, buffets for breakfast and lunch were always the same. They had lots to choose from, but always same selection. That means that after 9 days, you want some variety.Ship experiences

Bartenders and waiters the buffet restaurant had such a lousy attitude towards customers. I felt bad for how they talked and responded to customers
