OK Cruise Overall

Room Type: Balcony

Good looking ship. Needs better food and a friendlier staff to make it a real pleasurable cruise experience.

Pros: Beautiful ship

Cons: Food

Recommends MSC Poesia? No.

Food and Dining
Main dinning room quality ranged from good to poor. Limited selection of steaks, no lobster for any dinner. Waiters had very limited English skills, could not provide requests, explain menu items or make recommendations because of this. Cafeteria so-so. Very limited food availability when dining rooms and cafeteria dining hours.
Service and Staff
A few staff very friendly and helpful. Too many rude or not helpful.
Shows in theater good overall.. Other on board activities somewhat limited.
Cabin / Stateroom
Somewhat small but nice.
Ship Quality
Beautiful and clean.
