Review summary

Pools closed at 7p, Children running rampant with no adult supervision in sight, staff was rude, poor food quality unless you like hamburgers, hotdogs and french fries! Left overs from lunch served at dinner. Boring, nothing to do! Entertainment from street vendors would have been better that the screaming opera on the ship!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Poor quality, bland, ran out of food at lunch time, what desserts were served were also served at dinner! Not a lot of variety.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Totally sucked with the exception of the acrobats!

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Rude, didn't even try to be friendly! Rude, Rude, Rude! The staff barely spoke English and did not understand it! They would just walk away, they didn't care!

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Hard to get from one place to the other, stairs didn't not go to upper floors so you would have to walk through the hallways to get to another set of stairs, no handicap accessibility!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Loved the Balcony room, plenty of room!

Pros: Balcony Room on Deck 12

Cons: staff didn;t speak or understand english well, ran out of food during lunch, food was bland, poor quality, same desserts for lunch and dinner (left overs), shows, not alot of activity (YOU WILL BE BORED), Never did have the midnight chocolate buffet they show on the inroom TVs.

Recommends MSC Poesia? No.
