Review summary

After reading the posted reviews, I was not expecting much. This was a pleasant surprise. The food was great, have no idea what people companied about. It was cool weather but the hot tubs were warm and clean. The ease of ordering morning room service was great. They always came right on time and the coffee was hot, the pastries warm and fresh. Fresh bedding at the end of almost each day was heaven. The ice bucket in the room was kept fresh and full. Other than the language barrier everything you ask for the staff went out of their way to get for you and quickly. The only negative was the staff at the excursion desk had long lines and long waiting time, they were rude.

Pros: The detail to cleanliness and the effort of the employees to please along with the wonderful food!

Cons: The lack of organization/communications for excursions and leaving the ship at some ports.
