We went to breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dinning room every day. The waiters need more training. They did not know what a grilled sandwich was. There was no announcements as to when the next activity was starting. We were not informed about things until we asked, ex how to turn the lights on in the cabin. You have to put your key card in a slot. The mens room and ladies room only had pictures on the door which looked the same, and the rooms were hidden on the side in the lounges. No signs to where they were.

Food and Dining

The food was not as we expected. We thought we would receive Italian food.

Pros: The ship was beautiful, and the shows were the best I have seen.

Cons: The staff did not understand English.
