in short, the ship was very pretty, the food was horrible, there was no entertainment, not even music by the pool during the day. they had a couple of shows that compare to a kids birthday party.

Pros: the ports

Cons: food on the ship

Recommends MSC Poesia? No.

no activities during the day, or by the pool, not even music
Cabin / Stateroom
they made your bed and cleaned the bathroom, i noticed right away we would not get towel animals, but on the 4th day i noticed them on other rooms. i asked the the staff why we were not getting any & his answer was "oh, i didn't know you wanted them, i will go ahead & make you one" i was really shocked, i didn't know i was supposed to ask
Ship Quality
the ship was pretty, clean, the best as far as decor & upgrades
Food and Dining
the food was the worst ever!!! everything was overcooked, cold & blend. the "midnight buffets" were really a snack at best. and no 24 hours food, you have to be on their schedule in order to get food, if you are late, forget about it, you are not getting any food, and the food you do get doesn't taste like anything. horrible, horrible, horrible.
Service and Staff
everybody was really nice, except for the waiter, but i won't give a bad staff review just for him
