Sail Date: April 01, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

A CLEAN SHIP BUT THE FOOD WAS SO SO AND THE THE SERVICE IN THE RESTURANT WAS VERY UNPROFESSORNAL. I WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT

Pros: ENTERTAMENT WAS THE BEST I EVER SEEN ON A CRUISE SHIP. I HAVE BEEN ON OVER 15 CRUISES AT ALL DIFFERENT PRICES

Cons: WATERS SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. POOR TRAINING LACK OF NORMAL WAITER EXPERENCE,SIMPLE THINGS LIKE PACEING THE TABLE NAPKIND ON YOUR LAP,REACHING OVER THE TABLE TO SERVE THE OTHER GUEST,NOT FILLING THE WATER GLASS NOT SERVING COFFEE AT THE END OF THE MEAL EVERY NIGHT I HAD TO ASK FOR COFFEE AND THE REFI

Recommends MSC Orchestra? Yes!
