The Italian staff were rude & obnoxious. The South American staff were more than accommodating and very friendly.

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Food had no flavour -no spice - no nothing - Very bland hospital food.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Shows were good. All the music in the lounges in the evenings was directed more towards the 65+ crowd. I wouldn't have minded at least one night without Dean Martin or Frank Sinara

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
I didn't find anyone that was willing to go "above and beyond" as noted above this is directed to the Italian staff.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship was very clean and a decent size - Elevatos borken frequently

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The room very clean and serviced promptly but scored lower due to size

Pros: The ship was beautiful & clean

Cons: Food, service (only from the Italians), line ups for everything - even getting off ship!

Recommends MSC Orchestra? No.
