Review summary
My first MSC cruise so to compare it to the others: Embarkation was a nightmare. This is the first time I've cruised where people embark and disembark at all ports. That being said, this process is painful. When you need to leave for a tour, the lines to leave are very long because the other stations are waiting for people to embark. That was the worst part of the cruise. We booked the Yacht Club and it really was a top experience. We met other passengers on the ship who were not part of the YC and they had many complaints. Our YC experience included everything (alcohol, 24 hour butler & concierge) minibar, robes, spa sauna) and prime seating on tours and in the shows. The only extras were WiFi, massages and a specialty restaurant. Others on the ship has to pay for water! The suite was small; equal to a RCCL balcony room, but as previously stated, the amenities were bountiful. We had our own restaurant, pool, bar and elevator. I am looking to book another YC cruise with MSC. RCCL has competition in my book.Embarkation

Ship tip
Yacht Club is the only way to travel on the MSC cruise line. Any other category would be sub par.
