The ship is beautiful, however, the general staff is very rude. Our cabin steward and the gentlemen who waited on us for dinner were very nice and customer service oriented.

It is an Italian ship so we expected the food to be very good. The food was less than average, although the menu's were well varied and sounded good. Breakfast was very cold, whether in the dining room or at the buffet. The taste of the food was average to poor. I would not recommend this cruise ship to anyone.
