some of the staff were very rude, needs training and how to deal with people. Lack of elevators, breakfast was terrible.

the staff at our dinner table were great and food was very good.

the staff at the breakfast area and throught were rude with the excepcion at our dinning room and in our stateroom.

the ship itself was beautiful and had many areas to be entertained!

our room had a balcony and was beautiful and clean!

Pros: The cities we visited

Cons: lack of elevators, waiting time too long, the breakfast was horrible, staff always rushing you. If you do not get there on time you could not find anything to eat. Must go somehwere else and pay.

Recommends MSC Fantasia? No.
