It was amazing we had a great time ! The food , room, was great the staff were really friendly I loved every minute.

Nice to getaway. Glad it was only 4 days. Truly ready to leave this cruise. Everyone was RUDE…. Ship was beautiful.

Overall, I went on this cruise to relax and I did as much as I could.

The theme of this cruise is value. What we paid for what we got was awesome. It was relaxing and fun. My husband and I cruised with our 21 yo son for his Spring Break. We had a great family time and met really nice people while on this cruise.

Nothing more to say. Worst cruise yet. Clientele were rude. Staff were not friendly. Elegant dining was not great. Same food everyday. Ship was beautiful though.

Excellent value, great ports and hard working staff ! More organized leadership approaches would help the staff with their efforts!

Un servicio pesimo como nunca habia vivido, todo el pasaje reclamando un desastre de organizacion, limpieza mala, bufet horrible, animacion siempre lo mismo y mala calidad, el peor crucero de mi vida y ya llevo 25 nunca vivi algo asi.

We got off to a really bad start. The standing in line to get on the ship for 2 to 2 1/2 hours didn’t leave a very good taste in my mouth. The employees were all very very nice and very friendly. The ship was very clean. The other complaint that I would have is that when you wanted water, it wasn’t readily available, otherwise the experience was a good experience

It to bad that the second cruise was overload of passerger. Because it could have been a enjoyable . The people I have met they had the same opinions. We had the sence of being used pull up like (Troupeau dans une cage)

Wont ever recommend to friends and family. Beautiful boat but didnt enjoy the experience at all and MSC owe me money I may not see

Short cruise, middle of the road service from most of the crew but definitely a handful that were exceptional. Food was OK, never hot but luke warm to warm.

This cruise was quite awesome for us. We had purchased everything before hand. The ocean view/aft tiny balcony with the drink package was less than $800 for the two of us. We enjoyed the Buffet and think the pizza is some of the best on the seas. Little disappointed with the MDR and the quality of food there. Didn't like how a couple of 2 couldn't get a private table we had to share with 6 others. Felt the layout and bars were great. We were able to try all the bars and spread out with Zero issues. The room service lady who cleaned out the cabin was so incredibly kind and tried to clean out the room almost 3 times a day for us. The ship is indeed old and there is some rust here and there. We never had to fight for space or hot tubs. The MSC Private island was so cool and it was better than we had 2 days there. We split half between swimming and the other half snorkeling and enjoying the ship. They also sell msc Lego sets for about $25 which can be hard to find.

The staff on the ship was really nice. I don’t think I will ever go on another MSC ship again though.

We will book again with msc! They need to improve on organizing excursions. It was chaotic and confusing as was their debarkation procedures.

There were many other ports of call not listed in this review. We also went to Aruba, Cartagena Columbia, Colon Panama, Costa Rica and Costa Maya and Miami. We enjoyed visiting these countries and doing excursions there. If you overlook the mediocre service, food and entertainment and look only at the cost of the cruise, this was a great way to visit a lot of countries for an inexpensive price.

This was a 19 day B2B cruise that had the feel of two completely different cruises. The first 7 days was roundtrip from Port Canaveral and had 1,850 passengers, with around 80% being US citizens. The last 12 days was a repositioning cruise from Port Canaveral to Miami with 2,250 passengers, with around 75% being International passengers. Both portions were good and it was interesting to meet people from many countries.

Without question, the best cruise I’ve ever been on

The good price, staff and the ship is lovely 😊 bad this is not a cruise for foodies be prepared for a weekend of pizza and sandwiches. Loved the private island
