This was our first MSC cruise and probably our last. The lines to get back on the ship at every port were ridiculous. The crew was great but the overall experience was just ok. Good pizza though

Following our journey of a lifetime aboard the MSC Divina, we're back with cherished memories from Jamaica, Aruba, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, and the ship's exclusive island retreat. The MSC yacht club delivered an unparalleled experience.

After exposure to all these negative reviews, we found them unwarranted...NO cruise is perfect....After 10 cruises on CCL, I think MSC doing alot of things right but with room for improvement...Divina, though older, in good shape....Food better, drink package better, and seemed like fewer kids aboard...all pluses for us....Fellow European travellers the majority still though Miami based....

Great weekend cruise, maybe not the best for people new to cruising but a fun time either way. Pizza is great and staff is fun and friendly. If you can, book the YC, the experienced is elevated with lots of perks!

This is my 2nd time on Divina. Staff makes all the difference. It's clear they don't have enough to do what needs to be done.

I got to experience MSC for the first time through a travel agent program. So the price was right. I heard the mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a really good time.

It was definitely more than what I was expecting. I 100% will be going on another cruise.

Great live shows. Adult entertainment team did an outstanding job to keep guests engaged and entertained.

We enjoyed karaoke, and we enjoyed the saxophone player in the lounge. We also enjoyed the music in the lobby at the centre of the boat. The shows were not the best, but that’s just a matter of taste. Speaking of taste, the food was wonderful. Breakfast lunch and dinner was amazing. we ate from both the buffet and the dining room. The staff was very accommodating and very kind. The boat itself we felt was glamorous. We would definitely go again. It was our first time on MSC, but it will not be our last.

I would have paid the same amount to not have to go on this trip. MSC is awful.

Loved it will definitely be back. The ship was clean. The food was spot on. Entertainment was great. Just a very great experience. The private island put it over the top

Cruise started out poorly. Our room was very very small even though we upgraded our balcony to a fantastic experience ship was very dated, and a service was rated two or three, ports were freighter ports definitely not welcoming, tourist port Just found to be very disappointing as this was our third cruise on MSC. The rest were all good. This was a very poor cruise. Thank you.

Nice ship overall..excursions were pricey would advise to wait to do them once you get on the port they are cheaper. Food was good could be better at times especially dessert.Need more charging sockets in rooms. Need a refridgerator in rooms most ships offer that instead of a minibar.

Love the cruise except at certain spots with containers.

Cruise was clean. Staff was friendly. Food could’ve been better. Manager Ashish was throwing kantiada under the bus for no reason.kantiada was nice and tried to accommodate everyone. Food was cold, not ordered right, often times wrong. Chef or manager probably to blame.

We had a good cruise even with the things that went wrong. MSC just isn’t in the same league as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Celebrity, Holland American and NCL. MSC has a lot to learn from these other cruise lines that know how to help you have a wonderful experience by treating you special.

Being Stuck at sea with nasty weather was not an enjoyable vacation felt like MSC did a poor job in making sure passengers were kept happy and entertained. However they did reimbursed passenger’s $100 per person and I called customer service once I was off the ship and received an additional $100 future cruise credit.

I will never book with MSC again. I know the staff tried their best, but they aren’t given much to work with.

The cruise turned out to be a great disappointment. We didn’t get to the port in the Bahamas or either port. I feel as if they didn’t care after that and just did whatever they liked after we were stuck at seafood for two days orthey didn’t reimburse us for anything and I feel as though I should be reimbursed because I didn’t get a chance to go to Nassau or to the private island, and that’s what I paid for. It seems to me like they had no interest in satisfying us or entertaining us once they realized we couldn’t go to either port due to the weather, I understand that we were still on but that’s not what I paid for. I didn’t pay to be stuck out on the sea for two days. I figured they should’ve been better at preparing for the weather and they should’ve had a better way of entertaining us people than just being lackadaisical frustrated in highly upset. Walking around the shit for two days I feel as if not a reimbursement should be at least half my money sent back to me I’ll give them back to me as a reimbursement or I should get a free cruise in the future with them. Other than that I have nothing great to say about them. I have nothing nice to say about them when we were leaving to depart off the ship, people were cutting in front of the lines and acting all crazy getting ready to fight, and the staff did nothing to prevent it, that is very unprofessional and I’ve been on cruises before and never experienced anything like this. That was the worst cruise I have ever been on and I pray that y’all do something to change how they deal with things I’m done I don’t cause I don’t have anything good to say I’m not a person that likes to say bad things about people, but this cruise was the worst.
