Food average at best. Buffet confusing and too crowded. Ship main areas too small for crowds. No ATM machines on boards service very slow at bars/restaurants.

First time with MSC. Likely will be last. No 24hr bars or restaurants/self-serve. Food was nasty. Juices are watered down. Room service options are unappealing and even they don’t serve beverages once the bars close

We cruised to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary and my 75th birthday. Was supposed to get champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a birthday cake. We got NONE. Did not like the ship or most of the staff. Not friendly at all.

It was a nice cruise. This was my first time cruising with MSC. The interior and layout of the ship is beautiful compared to other cruises. Food could be better, staff could act like they like their job. And I saw Mostly couples and families are on the ship (for single people).

Loved our Dining Staff Table 610 early seating and Ship is elegant but if they want to break in to US market some better customer service is needed

Enjoyed the cruise. I would book MSC again and their prices were ridiculously low. $49/night for a veranda before taxes. I have also been on the MSC Seaside.

As English-speaking-only Americans on a European ship (Italian,German,French,etc.), it was interesting to hear the multilingual announcements and conversations. Definitely a different experience! Our balcony stateroom was very nice, but the fixed dining plan (same time, table, and people) took some getting used to, and the quality of food was not consistently outstanding. A pleasant voyage indeed, but not head & shoulders above the other lines we've cruised so far (HAL, RCI, and Carnival).

Loved the staff and food. Disappointed in hydration when inside the thermal areas.

we had a lot of fun, but my favorite stop was Qcean Cay Reserve Marine, beautiful little island.

First timer on MSC. No compelling reason not to use them again. Loved the itenerary.

MSC is my favorite cruise line. We have met people from all over this world mostly europeans who have been extremely pleasant. I love the culture and diversity of thiis cruise line . The accomodations service etertainment on this ship is the best of the best.

i was given status match with MSC over a year ago and i thought id try them out.. i was very disappointed in this cruise.. i have taken over 30 cruises as an adult and this one was by far the worst. the staff is rude, incompetent and basically doesnt really care that the ship is dirty and that nothing works on the ship. although it was several hundred dollars cheaper than carnival or norwegian for the same itinerary, i would not recommend MSC. pay the extra money and go on a carnival cruise where you will have much more fun, way better service and activities

MSC is substandard in dining service & food quality & select.

This cruise left much to be desired when we had such high hopes & having another option other than Carnival. We were told we could use be bumped to the level we were with Carnival but then customer service advised (rudely might I add) that we were WRONG. The ship left very little option for entertainment, rude staff and customers added to our disdain on this cruise. Thank God we didn’t waste our money on the drink package because drinks were terrible & not readily available- bar staff acted like it was a chore to mix a drink when we ordered. A fellow cruiser was made to feel as though she was a burden due to being gluten free. The sewage smell was horrid also. The pools / hot tubs were always packed but shut down early and all deck chairs put away entirely too soon - laying on the deck at night is often relaxing for patrons. Someone REALLY needs to look at options to improve this line.

MSC Divina is a beautiful ship. I enjoyed having a balcony cabin. I will sail MSC again because I enjoyed the international passengers and cruise experience. This vacation was very affordable. My travel agent, Ms Donna Balaban, is delightful and very helpful.

This was my first and probably the last cruise I'll take with MSC. Been on 18 cruises and this is by far the least favorite.

Great ship, Great smooth sailing, Great food and the price was also Great! We had a wonderful time and I will be recommending MSC to friends and family. I look forward to returning.

MSC was a great surprise. So clean. Every one on board was friendly and kind. We met so many new friends.

Ship had many very nice public areas and bars. The bar service was slow and ratio of passengers to staff was very poor maybe 4:1. The service in the dining room starts out terrible but gradually improved over time. The breakfast and lunch buffets were very unorganized and confusing.

Relaxed. Many activities to participate on sailing days. Because it was a Transatlantic cruise, there was no TV or Internet. I did not care for the Internet, nice to be disconnected. As for the Caribbean next time shall explore on my own. Azores is worth a second visit.
