Best cruise at the best price .Short but still nice. Not crowded.

First time on MSC Cruises and I picked it to try out the Yacht Club and it was just what I was looking for. Perfect for non-cruisers who just want to relax and completely disconnect but feel like you're at a private resort with few people and immaculate service. The private areas and butler escorts were worth it all the way, great experience.

Terrible cruise from beginning to end, other than the room attendants the staff was horrible on ALL five nights our waiter WROTE down our orders, BUT NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. Add in the maitre d' incedent and you can see how it went NO craps table in the casino,Costa Maya was a joke. Food was good not great, buffet was same offerings everyday stations constantly running out of coffee, creme, french toast etc... was told to go to another station by employee who was STANDING RIGHT THERE!!! NO OMLET STATION. Asked for salted butter at dinner and was told they didnt have any...ACTUALLY had to go up 8 floors myself to the buffet area to get some!!! ON LINE 4 1/2 HRS WAITING TO BOARD Was not permitted to use my on board credit towards my bill!!!!

Great Cruise, nice destinations, great buffet, exceptional cabin, great staff, very dissatisfied with the dining room. For three nights it over an hour to get to the main entree. I waited an hour and a half for a cup of coffee. I ordered it when arrived during the main course which was an undercooked steak that took over an hour to come (I was not about to send it back) I was told my coffee should arrive in time for my dessert. 1 1/2 hours for coffee. In short avoid the dining room (the remaining nights I went to the buffet.) Otherwise a great Cruise. MSC will see me again!

After more than 15 cruises we decided to go on MSC. A mistake it was ouf most disappointing cruise

Overall I thought the cruise was wonderful. The ship was very nice. The service was very nice. Food was good, but cold. Plenty of seating. Entertainment was good. I did try to use the cyber café but was not able to access my email account, but was charged anyway. I thought that was a bad system. You should only be charged when you are actually into your account. I got nothing for the 10 dollars that I was charged(I made two attempts). Other than that I would recommend this cruise and I would cruise again.

Had dietary issues and it seemed like no one knew what a dairy allergy is or what someone that has one can eat. Just found customer service to be lacking tremendously, and I will probably never Cruise MSC again as I have never had any related issues on any other cruise line.

Getting on and off the cruise was very well organized and the staff was very helpful. During the cruise we received the schedule of activities everyday and there was always plenty to do. The food was good and changed frequently, as to not get boring.

Overall the Divina is a beautiful ship. This was our second time on it. However, the first time the entertainment was much better.

Excellent service to board. Cleaning, organization and punctuality in the buffet service. The room cleaning was excellent, twice a day. Different activities throughout the day for all ages. Excellent dinner service (Black Crap), attention, respect and helpful. Bad time (hours) for desembarkation.

Horrible disembarkation, waited over 4 hours in line, chaos and violent brawl on ship, unprofessional cruise line management

The Cruise Line Customer Service Staff need to take a cruise with other cruise lines to be able to compare and assess their failures and areas for improvement. I can not honestly recommend this cruise line to any one until they prove improvements on the cited challenges

Stay away from the MSC Davina of you enjoy getting off at ports. If you enjoy good food, this is not for you. Only good item was their pizza... they do make good pizza.

We cruise a lot and will not take MSC again as the customer service is lacking. It was not a terrible cruise, but it also was not great.

This is my first time cruising on MSC, we typically Cruise RC Cruise lines. We were a bit hesitant but it turned out to be a fun time and the ship is very nice! The balcony room we had was modern, clean and spacious! The common areas were clean. The entertainment was enjoyable. Our ports of call were fun! I recommend MSC Cruise lines!

Given the great price we've got for the Christmas sailing, I think this cruise has the best value compared to other cruise lines. We don't care too much about those missing points anyway and really enjoyed ourselves. I've read the poor review on this cruise before so I lowered my expectation and it definitely exceeded my expectation.

We enjoyed the weather and our time as a family and the islands. As far as the cruise line itself, it needs work on being more family oriented by including children for their pool deck activities, communicating when they change their procedures, being on time to ports, and must put in better disembarking procedures before someone gets hurt.

I need more than 50 characters to describe why I disliked this cruise!
