Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of ship and the exceptional service Divina offered. In 16 cruises, this was one of the most affordable sailings we have done and this trip landed MSC up there with some of the nicest and friendliest cruises we've taken. That says a lot about where this line is going. Once the details iron themselves out (it is still very early in the restart) I think they will be become a force in the industry. Fantastic value for the price!

I had the worst experience of any cruise departure with MSC. After having canceled my trip by accident they refused to honor my original package purchased and instead proceeded to charge me $400 dollars just to stay on the ship while my (unconfirmed and still unreceived) refund floated around in the cloud. I lost a prepaid drink package as well as an internet package and spent the first 5 hours of my cruise on the phone with customer "service". I will never sail with MSC again. They were unapologetic and uncooperative, even when I offered to pay exactly what I had paid previously to have exactly what I had paid for. This is also the only ship I have ever sailed on where people who work on the ship openly talk about leaving the company. The service on the ship itself was fine, everyone who provided direct service on the ship was very kind. I just got a sense that they weren't much happier to be there than I was. I have sailed with 5 other cruise lines and this line has been my worst experience by far.

The ship was beautiful,food was great.Staterooms were kept very clean.Staff at the bars are very friendly and helpful .We want to saying tanks to Dexter Simon,AdriannieSauco,Jod Christopher,Rommel Dublin ,Deenoo Bhuneshwar, Nathan Patil and to all services.We have great vacations.We recommend this company,and soon will get back to MSC cruise again.

Never again. This was the Spirit Airline of cruises. No value here worst cruise ever

Booking through Cheap Cruises was a waste of time and money. Not only was my cruise the exact same price if I booked myself, the agent charged me $25 every time I made a change to my reservation. So basically I spent an extra $75 to have someone else book my cruise. They didn't even get us any OBC, no welcome gift, nothing.... We will never book with them again.

Check in and embarkation were both very easy. Ship was clean and safe. Cabin was very nice. Bar service was excellent. Buffett food was mediocre at best. Main dining room food sucked!

Overall we enjoyed our cruise and MSC cruise line. Will travel with them again.

MSC Divina is a beautiful ship that has a lot of opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. Highly recommend this ship.

FIRST AND LAST TIME ON MSC. THE FRONT DESK STAFF, CRUISE NEXT, AND SHORE EXCURSION PERSONNEL WERE LIMITED IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE. NONE OF THEIR COMPUTERS WERE LINKED TOGETHER. HARD TO GET EVEN A SIMPLE ANSWER TO A QUESTION.

Experts at sailing, had sail on this vessel 3 times. We sail every year for a winter break, we loved our cruise with you EXCEPT your main restaurants Boss was very rude to us and Others. We never ate at restaurant Again.

Overall this was a perfect cruise from the cruise only agent to the ship overall operation which also was exceptional including the excursions

This is our 2nd time on MSC, the first being Seaside. We preferred Seaside much better than Divina. I would not sail aboard Divina again. The biggest complaint I have is the fact we were not told about it being a vegan cruise. The ship catered to these passengers much more than the regular crowd, which inconvenienced us quite a bit. This definitely leaves a sour taste in my mouth with MSC

This was my first cruise and my last. I did not like the fact that to get what I wanted I would have to upgrade for the drinks upgrade for the food. We already paid enough money I did not like that we would have to pay another $62 a day just to get the drinks that we wanted...this upgrade should hav been alot less since we already pd plenty. Getting food at the buffet was tough it was so crowded and the food was crappy

This was my first MSC cruise and I am a veteran cruiser. I wanted to try this line because we are thinking about cruising the Mediterranean next year. There were so many people in line that regretted this decision and wished they had their money back. I was one of them. We had one good day out of 3.

This was a great cruise for the money. I would take it again.

Steps in theater had led lights on the edge. It made it hard to see where to step down. Every night at least 50 people coming into the theater stumbled.

It is worth the money you pay. A lifetime experience. If you want to go on a cruise try MSC Divina first. It is a massive and elegant ship. You will not go wrong.

MSC has gotten into the cruise business too quickly. The CEO's and designers apparently have never sailed on their own ships! If they did they would be shocked and appalled. The design is terrible. The idea of the Yacht Club, while good, falls short of the elegance that the line is trying to portray. Again, the staff is wonderful, but they can only work with what is given them. MSC is known as a cargo line. People are not cargo. If MSC wants to really gain the North American traveler, they need to research other longstanding and experienced lines to see what MSC is missing on their ships.

This is Mrs. Williams speaking: I had a great time relaxing with my husband. The food was no where up to my expectations and I have been on a lot of cruises. This is my first cruise on MSC and my last. I will not recommend MSC Divina to anyone of my friends. The beach on Marine Reserve, Ocean Cay was nice and I enjoyed my excursion to the Lighthouse, BTW, you did not include that in your Port of Calls above, because that was an all day event. I wish I could say more nice things about this cruise, but I cannot.
