This was an amazing cruising experience. The staff crew was amazing. Our waiters Joel, Ivan and supervisor Cheryl were the very best. Our rooms were kept clean about 2 times a day. Overall experience was exceptional.

Relaxing and your staff were extremely friendly and personable

I’ve been on MSC before, but this time was special. My wife and I were celebrating 18 years of being married and the staff took notice and made this cruise inmemorable!!

This was our first MSC Cruise and I was very pleased. The caution for Covid spread was appreciated. The attention to guest comfort and pleasure was everywhere. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness were superb.

Disappointing. poor quality entertainment. Customer service needs to improve. It’s not the crew, it’s coming down from management! Huge improvement needed here. Won’t be sailing with MSC again!

Outstanding destinations and value for 18 night cruise

Food, service, cleanliness and the theater activities were truly awesome! I’d repeat it again with MSC!

This was a relaxing cruise. I did as much as I wanted. My favorite Port is always Aruba. As a solo traveler I got a good deal on this cruise. I especially like the fact that MSC does not charge double for solo cruisers. My favorite part of cruising on Divina is meeting and talking to other cruisers and the fantastic crew. My favorite spot on the ship is my large balcony.

Staff were very attentive; cleaned often. food was okay; Service was AWESOME, theatre singers could be improved. The ships decor is beautiful.

This was an EXCELLENT cruise for us! We had an amazing time and met such wonderful people. The staff was incredible and so willing to help and be of service. We felt totally pampered and welcomed the whole week on board. We had so much fun with the entertainment crew. We haven't laughed so much in long time!!! The Divina is a beautiful ship but the crew and the staff are what really made it feel like our palace away from home for the week. Thank you so much for all your hard work! We appreciate all of the great effort that MSC put into making our cruise experience such a memorable one. We have already booked again!

A great value for the money with awesome service. Nice and relaxing and felt very safe on the ship with less people and constant sanitized areas

MSC did not honor their promise for upgrade, hard to communicate with staff

We really enjoyed this cruise. It was our first with MSC, We have cruised many times and would go on another MSC cruise. Other than the 2 charges to our credit card, that was the only negative we had. Still wished MSC had a phone contact to resolve this rather that via email.

Ship was beautiful. Staff was excellent. Food was average. On board ( upgrade ) restaurants were way overpriced in comparison to other ships. Not happy last minute they cancel the port of call to Bahamas ( but they did credit $100 to cabin - $50 each ) Not really worth the cancelation. Entertainment was good.

No complaints from me except for the buffet food.

The service and food in the Yacht Club is exceptional.

Was pleasantly surprised. First time on MSC, but I rebooked Covina cruise from Miami in March while on board. Cruised many times and I found this ship and crew, staff to be re best.

My husband and I took this cruise to recharge and get some alone time. It definitely was a perfect getaway. The staff was amazing in every way.

Great staff, attentive and kept buffet clean. Staff serves all your food, you touch nothing. Cleaning is visible.

MSC still has away to go before catching up with the other cruise lines.
