This was a great cruise, although short, and felt like we were gone for over a week. Very relaxing yet it also allowed us to be active. The service was excellent, starting with the bar staff and the welcome drink to the cabin steward and dining services. We did not regret getting a drink package in advance. Made everything so easy. Cannot wait to go on another cruise with MSC. Hopefully, on a different itinerary or a short cruise that only stops at Ocean Cay for more than one day.

The food was the only disappointment! There was lots of food, but the food was generally lukewarm at best! Dining room was just the same!

This was the most disappointing cruise. The staff is unhappy. The food is bland and disgusting and only offered at specific times. No late night dining available. The embarkation and disembarkation takes hours. Several areas of the ship are closed off. The ship is beautiful and clean, too bad the rest of the experience did not correlate. I suggest a cruise that has it together. We cruised Carnival the week before and although the ship was older, everything else from the staff to the food to the entertainment was incredible.

It was decent. We will use a different cruise line next time.

Had a great experience with the 4 night 5 day cruise. Service was incredible we only had 600 passengers and just as many staff on board. Felt like a private cruise experience and lots of room to take advantage of communal spaces without feeling crowded or fear of contracting Covid. Very clean and staff was so friendly and willing to accommodate any requests. Ship was modern and in good condition. Highly recommend cruising now before crowds get back to full capacity and prices increase.

Overall a nice cruise, the people working on the ship work hard. We did bond with a couple of them. Already booked another cruise on this ship, mainly due to it moving to port Canaveral which is closer to us. Just wish it were a smart ship.

This was a cruise for my birthday. It was a great experience with it being my first cruise post- covid. It was my boyfriends first cruise and he had a great time. We met some great people on board and we had an amazing cabin steward Joy. My only recommendation is for better dinner selections.

We enjoyed ourselves at the ocean cay experience.

Would have been a great cruise (wonderful guests) except for Missing Aruba. That was for me a terrible disappointment as that was to be the big surprise for my wifes birthday present.

At times, it felt like we had the ship all to ourselves! We were told there were only around 600 passengers on board, so we never had to wait for anything! The itinerary was great, and the weather (although a little cold starting out) was perfect. Despite its faults, we thoroughly enjoyed this cruise!

The staff was amazing. They were always helpful, polite and reliable! Gabriel Popa, Latoya Campbell, Carlos and Rush from the dining were Excellent as well as Lea and Issac from the bar staff! These were the people who were responsible for us to choose MSC for our next vacation.

I cannot wait to book our next cruise on an MSC Ship. Staff our amazing and always made sure we had what we wanted or needed. I don’t think will ever cruise on another cruise line other than MSC as they’ve set the bar!

Overall, the MSC Divina is a classic. It was my 3rd time on the cruise and it’s still as beautiful as the first time. It’s a little outdated though so it’s not compatible with the MSC for Me app so it was hard to communicate with others in our party since they didn’t have the wifi package and the daily activities and newsletters still had to be printed as there would be no other way to know. Otherwise, I think this is still an awesome cruise to go on but I will definitely like to try one of the newer ships next (Seashore or Meraviglia) soon. I love MSC!
