Guest services were unable to help with anything. They got my bill wrong several times. Ill informed and Alejandro was raising his voice at me when we were frustrated about our room change. Luggage went to the wrong room, restaurant hosts and waiters were unaccommodating.

The disappointments were the thermal spa, they separate male and females-not so on other ships, they don't have a whirlpool either. My husband and I like going together so it was important for us to sit together in the steam room, sauna, ect. Food was not the greatest. Prob the worst hamburger I have ever tasted. Everything else was great. Staff were fantastic and everything sparkled.

The only other thing I have to say is that I am so impressed by the morale that was carried in the air by both staff and guests. It's impossible to have a bad day when every day is so uplifting and uniquely special!

We had a very relaxing holiday all the stress disappeared the moment we stepped on the ship the staff were so welcoming, we met so many nice staff and other cruisers we definitely will be going on another MSC Cruise.

I have reached out to the MSC President and CEO to discuss the food issues. If they Americanize their food offerings, we would definitely sail MSC again.

I like to do zumba. I recomender best service, best people, organizar, i like to comeback again.

The ship was extremely clean and great staff. Everything ran so smoothly it was great to get back out again.

It was my first cruise trip and it was the best decision I've ever made, very luxurious, organized, all areas very clean, and the staff very friendly. I hope to return soon with my family.

This was my family’s first cruise and it was amazing!!!!

Ok first of all my wife has medical issues of which I won’t get into. However she took both vaccination shots just so we could go on this cruise. We get there and the lady looks at her vax card and gets her calculator out. She proceeds to count up the days and says it has only been 13 days from your last shot. It has to have been 14 days. Long story as short as possible we were treated like animals at that point like we were lepers! I have had this cruise paid for and scheduled before Covid even started. There policy changed in April. My wife has had Covid three times and been unable to get vaccinated per her DOCTOR. She took her shots anyway just show she wouldn’t let me down. These people were extremely unhelpful at this point, they couldn’t even find my cruise details and said sorry just go through your travel agent. We were told we will not be refunded and there was nothing we can do. We even lost our excursion money. There are many other little details I could tell you but just trust me! Do yourself a favor and cruise with Norwegian or Princess cruise lines. We have been on both and never had such a terrible experience before. I wouldn’t go on a MSC cruise if it was free!

In a nutshell, the ship is nice and clean. The staff is fantastic. But it all goes downhill from there. A very boring ship with some very bland food. We got a good deal on this cruise, but you would be better off spending a few dollars more and going on Royal Caribbean.

this was the nicest cruise we have taken. everyone from wait staff to pursors desk. did everything to please us and make sure we had a great time. everyone greeted you. Kelsey Meyers continues to be my favorite travel agent. everything correct and always friendly ,calls to wish us a good cruise. you cant beat the loyalty program of .

The only thing that we did not like was we stayed on the 10th deck in an aft balcony but the hallways from the second to last elevators to the aft elevators were blocked off on both the port and starboard sides for new employee quarantine. So, we had always had to take an indirect route through a different passenger floor or the buffet to get to the middle or front of the ship.

Fantastic all around cruise experience and we will be sailing MSC January 2023 instead of Carnival. And they offer a very affordable drink and Wi-Fi package that I can’t afford another cruise lines. We were treated like royalty on MSC!! I have really no bad things to say and when MSC matches loyalty points and give 10% veterans discount that is huge.

The service from everyone was very good. The ship is beautiful. Difficult to get any gluten free food from the buffet area. Also, gluten free food at dinner was somewhat lacking. The steaks on steak night were terrible but the food every other day was pretty good. Waiters were very hard working and nice. Cabin attendants were very nice and fast workers.

We were new to MSC. Therefore, we not sure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Lovely ship and very good service. Ocean Cay is incredible - worth the price of the cruise!

This was a perfect cruise for a first time cruiser. Leaves you wanting more.

Please need to focus on food… need variety of food on restaurants and more options on buffet

Cruise was pretty good. Really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next one!
