Embarkation

Embarkation took 5 hours due to a glitch in the system. We told to go sit and come back with no explanation of what was going on other than “glitch”. Once we got our key cards, we tried to board but we’re denied due to the glitch.

Did not like we could not choose which type of red or white wine we could choose in the main dining room. Bar service was very slow and inconsistent. Food was phenomenal, buffet was impressive.

1st night in MDR we waited 45 min for water. When we asked to order we were told we had to wait due to it being the first night. Didn’t have the wine I ordered but appeared they did the 2nd night. MDR staff made our table feel like we were an inconvenience for showing up. Room steward was awesome. The bars on deck 5/6 -midship were great with great staff. Less waiting here.

Cabin smelled of cigarette smoke. It was circulating through the vents. May not bother some people. I’m not a fan

Beautiful ship and beautiful island. Would be better if a different company was running it.

I’m tired of ‘give them a break…COVID’ That was my 4th sailing since Covid and the other 2 lines did not have that issue…even early on in return to sailing.

Appreciate the input. You paid a lot of money for the cruise and have every right to comment on the experience. Based on other reviews I believe everything you say.

They are still shorthanded from Covid. Give them a break. I was on Divina and it was fantastic. The food was amazing and drinks didn't take long to get. Especially at the Sports Bar after the Super Bowl was done. This is why I don't read reviews usually because one person's experience is usually not the others. I go and make it my own. I had a blast.
