Review summary

Fantastic all around cruise experience and we will be sailing MSC January 2023 instead of Carnival. And they offer a very affordable drink and Wi-Fi package that I can’t afford another cruise lines. We were treated like royalty on MSC!! I have really no bad things to say and when MSC matches loyalty points and give 10% veterans discount that is huge.

The entertainment in the pantheon theater was really fantastic. And they acrobatic shows thrown in there were extremely enjoyable

Fantastic customer service and they really do try to get to their higher loyalty members quicker. Vishal Was a favorite guest services agent!

They ended up moving us to Balcony cabin 12199 and it was a very good experience. The cabin was a little smaller but I loved the shower doors and the balcony

Ship tip

The food is a different type of experience with European cuisine but if you don’t like what they’re serving in the dining room there’s always the Buffet Is always available, with authentic Italian pizza
