Overall a nice cruise, the people working on the ship work hard. We did bond with a couple of them. Already booked another cruise on this ship, mainly due to it moving to port Canaveral which is closer to us. Just wish it were a smart ship.

Buffet was pretty good, esp for breakfast. They had a made to order omelette station we loved. Dining room good was hit and miss. Prime rib on elegant night was great, lasagne was good but otherwise choices were limited. Some items were just plain weird. If dinner was a fail we would just have pizza after the show. We never went hungry. The selection of ice cream was also good. Peanut butter pie, key lime pie were good.

So excited to go to the thermal area and was terribly dissapointed. Went with my husband and was not able to sit in sauna or steam room together as on other ships. They were male only and female only! No whirlpool in the thermal area either. We only went once because my husband and I wanted to be together, like I said, as on the other MSC and Carnival ships as recent as last October and November. The said it was because of COVID but that just seemed to be a lame excuse.

Excellent service, Agus kept our cabin epic and spam and always smiled. Black crab Dining room staff, Josel, Adreinne were great servers, Bernadith, the hostess always greeted us upon arrival and saw to it that we were happy with our seating. Cheek-or-ree was very friendly and helpful. Vasish handed out silverware in the buffet area with a friendly smile and greeting, although she was busy she always conversed a us and never made us feel rushed. Havi the buffet manager was very helpful and friendly. "Iggy" aka Ignacious was hilarious. We ate in the Via Rosa dining room for breakfast and he and 2 others waited on us. I forgot the tall handsome black man's name but him, Iggy and the other man in their team were the best! We never had to ask for coffee, they anticipated our every need. We really liked the maitre d' in that dining room for breakfast as well, very accommodating.

Beautiful, big, roomy. Only problem was someone was smoking on their balcony which chased us off ours. I have asthma and I am extremely sensitive to cigarrette smoke. I ended up using my inhaler a few times. We reported it but by the time housekeeping made it to our room, the smoke cleared. Otherwise the room and balcony was wonderful.

This is not a smart ship, we did not know that. The app does not work.
I love Panama but we made the mistake of climbing in a taxi with 8 other people. The people that stand outside the ship a signs for tours. We paid $30 pp. For a 2 hr tour of Colon. 6 of the people were speaking excitedly in Spanish w the guide and all I could understand was Panama city, yay! I told the your guide I did not want to go to Panama city, she said ok and next I knew we were on a big highway to guess where? Panama city! I yelled I don't want to go there and I wasn't paying any more money. She basically ignored 4 of us that did not want to go. Long story short, 6hrs later we got back to the ship. The 6 that wanted to go had an argument a the driver and your guide about the grand tour price. Will never do this again! Learned my lesson!
took A great excursion. Puerto Limon has no swimming because of the lava rock and dangerous currents. Wish we could have been at a port a swimming in the beautiful water.
The pits. We waited 2 hours in a lounge to be called to leave. Something about having to have a face to face a customs but we had to be out of the cabins by 8am. People were getting very upset, complaining and griping, ect.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Did the Divina when she first came to the US. Was not happy with the service at the time. I understand things have improved so will definately sail her again. Beautiful ship, great ports. Glad you enjoyed your ctuise.
