Review summary

We really enjoyed this cruise. It was our first with MSC, We have cruised many times and would go on another MSC cruise. Other than the 2 charges to our credit card, that was the only negative we had. Still wished MSC had a phone contact to resolve this rather that via email.

Main dining room food was very good. Buffet was okay, nothing spectacular.

Pool was very nice. Relaxed in the sun with an adult beverage on our day at sea.

Waiters were so attentive and we never needed to get their attention. They were checking on our needs all the time. Our room steward kept our cabin neat and clean.

Ship was a bit confusing at first but we were able to navigate it after a bit. All areas were kept clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very nice. Comfortable bed. Balcony was nice, however it would have been nice if fellow cruisers did not smoke on their balcony.

Ship tip

Make sure you check to see how much you have spent. So glad we did as when we returned home we found 2 charges on our credit card that were not ours. Unfortuantely MSC does not have a phone number to check on this, we had to email them, Took a few days but they were removed from our ard.
