Port Canaveral if you don't have what you think is the right documets/ paperwork customs will not let you on board we watch older couples / and families with kids get turned away crying .

I don't think 1 star is fair for embarkation. The cruiselines make it abundantly clear what documents are required for cruising and this information is readily available on their websites and by phone call. Not having the proper documentation rests solely on the cruise guests.

Wonderful First Cruise

This was one of the best cruise experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ship was clean and nice. Staff was courteous and friendly. Ship was extremely smooth!!! Thanks to all the MSC Staff and crew.
