Very disappointed. Glad it was a short cruise. Food awful and nothing to do on the ship. Stores never opened.
Embarkation

It was pretty easy to get on board. Make sure you have all documents and it is a piece of cake
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
The food had a lot to be desired. What food they did have was cold. We learned to get this made to order when you could. Like omelettes in the morning and hamburgers for lunch and dinner. The main dinning room was not good. The staff was great but the food not so much.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
There were no activities. This ship only had 900 on board and they did not plan for this. Nothing to do but swim. The stores were never open until late at night. 10:30. I’m in bed by then.
Entertainment

The one show I went to was not to good. Singers were just ok. The theater was very uncomfortable, seats were small and there was no room for you feet.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
The dinning staff was GREAT. Always willing to help. My room Stewart had a lot to be desired. Things you would think should be ,we’re not. I had to ask for toilet paper 2x. She cleaned the room ok, but why would you not leave an extra toilet paper in the bathroom with 3 girls. Also we never had wash rags. I had to ask for them also. I even went in the hallway and trapped some of the cart. She brought towels but know wash rags. An to top it off, the last day we noticed that on the large mirror in the room if you looked in a angle you could see a happy face up in the right hand corner. Needless to say, this mirror has not been cleaned in a long while. Can only imagine what else wasn’t cleaned. This was our first MSC cruise and will be our last.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Did not like the design. It had some pretty stairs ,but that’s about it.
Busy port. There were 5 ships in that day and a lot of construction going on. A lot of walking. When you get to in town, you get swarmed with people trying to sell you rides. Be ready.
