Review summary

FIRST AND LAST TIME ON MSC. THE FRONT DESK STAFF, CRUISE NEXT, AND SHORE EXCURSION PERSONNEL WERE LIMITED IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE. NONE OF THEIR COMPUTERS WERE LINKED TOGETHER. HARD TO GET EVEN A SIMPLE ANSWER TO A QUESTION.

Interesting comment you made about no urinals. I was on the Divina Jan 2019n and made the same complaint. In fact I grabbed one of officers and asked why especially since the mens bathrooms were always closed for cleaning...Go Figure....
