Review summary

Steps in theater had led lights on the edge. It made it hard to see where to step down. Every night at least 50 people coming into the theater stumbled.

Main dining rooms, waiters really listened to what you asked for, took 4 times to ask for iced tea. At dinner they poured the tea right from a concentrate, it was darker than coffee. Food always came out cold, sometimes warm.

Singers were great. Shows had acrobats, ribbon twirlers etc. and after a while every show was the same accept different songs.

Terrible service in dining rooms. Asked for anchovies on ceasar salad told they don't have them. Last night brought out anchovies on my wife's salad. She had gluten free menu and asked for the croissant on menu, told we don't have any. Last day brought 3 and told of course we have them.

We have Globus entry and when asked about the line for it the MSC employee told us to "come back tomorrow" and laughted at us. Told the Custom agent and she said she was supposed to take you the the front of the line.
