Review summary

After more than 15 cruises we decided to go on MSC. A mistake it was ouf most disappointing cruise

Horrible. One hour standing in the hot Miami sun and one hour inside the terminal standing in line before boarding. No consideration for handicapped or seniors (83 & 76).(

Understaffed. In the main dining room, each night the waiter didn't arrive until 15 minutes after being seated and took forever to serve. Buffets were good but cleaning tables after diners left took too long. Understaffed.

Waiter was not good. Room steward was equally bad. No wash cloths or glasses in the bathroom until the second day . No pool towels until the courtesy desk was called. He forgot to leave a second towel one day. Room was made up only twice at night. Room needed a good cleaning when we arrived . Balcony was unusable most of the cruise

Size was okay. Needed a good cleaning. You could see the dust on the carpet around all of the edges, etc. Balcony was full of salt and water most days. Balcony had a good view of a lifeboat but oceanview was above the boat.
