I am a queen of cruiser and I’ve been to a lot of different cruise lines, and I have to admit MSC Divina has the best live production show. Kudos, MSC see you in the future.
Embarkation

Very quick and fast considering it was a huge ship and sold out.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The buffet at the lido dinning for two days ran out of food, but was resolved and we had plenty of food thereafter. The main course was okay. Salad bar was good plenty of fresh veggies and fruits. Anti-pasta decent with 4-5 different cheeses. Homemade pizza every day very entertaining to watch and free 32 oz. bottled water anytime. Also, pasta station love it.
Onboard Activities

On ship I signed-up for a spin class...must pay. The instructor was great and very experience and we had fun. The fitness center on the first was extremely crowded, but came prepared. I did my own Tabata, had a great work-out. Also, I was really surprised that yoga, aerobics, and Zumba were all free. The instructor was great and gave us wonderful work-out.
Entertainment

The live show was the best production show I ever watched on a cruise ship. The shows were just over the top, amazing, beyond my expectations. It was just as good as Vegas shows. The singers, dancers, and the acrobats were simply the best and awesome. You will get blown away with their talents, costumes, and the production itself.
Service and Staff

These problems all stem from our stateroom not being made all day. We returned to our cabin at approximately 6pm just to find out that our bed was not made and absolutely no fresh towels. Customer services were extremely poor and very rude bartenders, we were ignored trying to place our order and the gelato bar attendant had no clue about customer service…very, very rude!
I reached my breaking point. I spoke to the front desk manager, bartender manager, and the housekeeping manager, and discussed all the problems I encounters and how frustrated I was. They promised they will resolve all the problems and in two days and thereafter the customer service improvement was absolutely amazing and I had plenty of fresh towels thereafter. I believe I can see myself returning to MSC again in the future. The manager of the ship sent me a bottle of red wine with an apology note and of course apology was accepted. And it was a very good wine. Thanks vey much.
Ship Quality

Divina ship was mega and she is quite a beauty with elegance. Unfortunately, I ran into series of problems from the get- go all related to customer services.
As for the cleanliness, they staff could have done a better job cleaning the ship. I've been on other cruise ships so comparing Divina with Celebrity, Princess, Norweigean just to mention a few, Divina is substandard.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin could have been cleaned better. Carpet not vacuumed everyday, vaniety counter was dusty and mirror was dirty. Housekeeper could have done a better job.
Ship tip
I do recommend MSC Divina because they kept their word. They did improve customer service, housekeeper provided fresh towels twice a day and provided plenty of food at the lido dinning to accommodate all the passengers. And lastly, the live show was awesome, amazing, beyond my expections, and simply the best.
We took shore excursion on each port. We've been to all the ports of call except Jamaica. The only reason we took this tour was to experience mega ship....MCS.
My tour guide lost me but found. After that I enjoyed my excursion---Mayan Ruin. Ernesto was great. He's very knowledgeable and made the trip very interesting.
I've been to Nassau before. The city could have been cleaner. Don't find it too interesting. However, the rum cake was the best rum cake ever ate....delish. Not to be missed.
