Excellent Ports and Excursions. Good cruise option to take.

Overall the cruise was nice but we had a lot of problems with excursions desk and others that I didn’t explain. Probably not going to cruise with MSC again unfortunately

The ship was the best part. It was beautiful and well designed. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The food was great. The desserts were especialy good. The cabin was nice and always cleaned perfectly. The promenade was always interesting. The MSC logo shop was really nice. Dance classes are excellent.

Bellissima is a beautiful ship, but the crew seemed very unhappy in their jobs. Buffet food was very ordinary and was very repetitious. Excursions were expensive and had lots of free time included, which made excursions not value for money. Would not recommend MSC to friends. Have done 11 cruises on other lines.

I will not cruise this line again for international destinations

MSC Bellissima is a fabulous ship with great customer service and lots to do. We visited wonderful ports and had excellent excursions in each port. Seeing the Middle East on this ship was an incredible experience. The one and only downside was the dining room food, which left much to be desired.

After taking 30 cruises so far I liked this one the most!!! The ship, the service, etc.

Wonderful experiences in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ship itself was Amazing and super modern. Will likely never travel MSC Cruises again; too stressful with all of the ala' cart options with very little options to do anything with incurring an extra fee.

If you have cruised before not a problem but please don’t do this as a first cruise. The Europeans are so rude

The cruise was great, we went as a group of 35 people, so that made it even better. Our stops were great and excursions were interesting. Our time on the ship was also excellent from dining to entertainment. It is a beautiful ship and the itinerary was great.

I feel that during the cruise, the Yacht Club did fall short of several key aspects of service. 1. Pool area: The life guard acted as a deck boy too. Towels were very hard to come by. One additional staff member would rectify thoits issue. In the morning, when the mats are put out, towels should be placed on the mats too. The area under the octopus should have a pyramid of additional towels at the ready too. When you're paying a premium, you expect the service to match what you're paying for. 2. Ground transportation: At Marseilles and Barcelona, bus service was offered to town center from the pier. Yacht Club guests should receive this for free. Again, we're already paying a premium and should receive services reciprocal to what we're paying for. 3. Main theater: MSC needs to completely fire the dancers and singers as their performances where absolutely HORRIBLE. Combine that with a lack of variety of entertainment around the ship, it made enjoying the events not that enjoyable.

Not one of my favourite as far as food and beverage go bit disappointed as it was a european cruise line expected the coffee to be excellent.

Would high recommend doing this cruise. It was one of my favourites. Would definitely do it again.

First time with MSC always cruised with P&O before. Endless announcements in multiple languages gets a bit dull after a while. Glad to say next 5 cruises booked already with P&O so normal service will resume soon! Well February 2020 to be exact. Chose this cruise as have teenage kids who say P&O ships are boring, so this cruise was really for them. We were super lucky with the weather and it was a great break. We would cruise with MSC again if the itinerary suited us, I would not say it was great value, 1 week 4 of us sharing a room over 4K but we did opt for Aurea level so got the free access to the spa and got the premium drinks package which was a god send! Sky lounge there version of the Crows nest, no atmosphere very quiet a real shame. Good experience but looking forward to slipping on my comfortable slippers aboard P&O.

We were a party of four and we left Barcelona on the 25th Oct & just got back home yesterday. It was our first Cruise & it was fabulous. Our only hiccup was that unfortunately my cabin mate had a bereavement in her family and had to disembark on Monday. There was NO specific person to deal with us in this situation, to help with disembarking, find flights home etc. we had to deal with staff at reception and they were not very helpful and not sympathetic. We had to buy a 24 hr WiFi package @ €39.90 so that we could look for flights home. Reception did print out the flight tickets on the morning my cabin mate left the ship. The rest of the party could not get flights home & we had no choice but to stay on the ship for the rest of the cruise. We had an excursion booked for four on the Monday my cabin mate left, we cancelled the excursion for two of us but we were still charged 50% of the cost. I was really annoyed about this because we had a genuine excuse to cancel. We decided that two from the party would continue to take the excursion. The other two would have cancelled as well if it wasn’t for the charges and Would have all gone to the airport with our friend otherwise. These would be the only negative comments we would have about the cruise. On our last night we went to reception and met Nirmatee Baungally a guest service agent and she was fabulous and so helpful. Keep an eye out for her! The staff on board were just fabulous. Wellington, Thalita and Tamires Cristina in the Bellissima Bar were just wonderful, so attentive, friendly and so much craic. If you meet them please let them know that the 4 Irish Ladies sang their praises. Arta the waiter in our restaurant who took care of us for 7 nights straight was a pure pleasure to deal with, he made our dinner experience every night very special. We also met Tatiana Franco a Program Publisher who gave us loads of information and was very generous with her time. All the staff were extremely friendly in the bars restaurants, shops and housekeeping. The food was very good, we had a drinks package that catered very well for our needs. The party atmosphere every night in the Bellissima lounge was second to none and we felt were we were definitely on holidays. All in all if you are willing to be friendly and have a good time the MSC Bellissima will not disappoint. We will definitely be booking again.

Ship is new and clean, however staffs (except dining room staff) are not passenger friendly. Just ignore your existence.

The Bellissima is a gorgeous ship. Food on the ship is good, but was only marginal in dining rooms. Pizza at the buffet was awesome. There was too much pushy upselling of drinks and dining packages. Most of the staff encountered was great and very friendly. The only exception we had to this was in the Photo Gallery. The shows were mostly below average. I would cruise again just because of the beauty and comfort of the ship itself.

Great boat and great cruise. New year's eve was wonderful.

Enjoyed the ports but a lot of little things detracted from the boat itself

Nice don't know if it was the ship or the cruise line Might try MSC one more time before I make a decision if I go on MSC again Like I stated before they have a long way to go before they come close to RCL or Princess This is about the 38 cruise that I have been on .
