Review summary

Was very disappointed in MSC. I sailed with them previously but this will be my last. The Armonia is terrible. Nothing to do aboard. The Devinia is a way better ship. The food was ok but not great. Staff was ok some were rude. Just not a good experience. MSC has lost my business.

Embarkation was great very quick and easy no line. We were very early like noon and ship sailed at 6pm.

Main dining room food was okay seemed to be a lot of the same or similar things. Servers were not

Onboard Activities

Ship was very boring. We went to the theatre and the movie didn't even start on time we had to actually call guest services to get the movie started nobody showed up to start the show.

Entertainment

The musicians were great but didn't play enough. In the bar and lounge, the musicians should play more. The jazz lady that sang sounded terrible they should have just let the musicians play. We went to see a stage show and it was weird and boring. Very disappointed in everything this cruise offered.

Service and Staff

Staff acted like they didn't want to do their job and also was not friendly. Even got a couple of rude comments from staff. Also kept leaving carts in the aisle and we had a wheelchair-bound person in our cabin. The carts made it impossible to move the chair in certain areas.

Can someone please share their experience with MSC Armonia. I want to book a New Year's eve cruise. I've sailed with MSC a few times and its been great . Please tell me about the entertainment, the food, the cabins, the clubs. Thank you.

Again, I scratch my head. My experience was totally opposite. One of the best cruises I’ve ever been on. I guess each trip is what you make of it.
