January Monarch of the seas

Sail Date: January 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

The ship was fine. But where was the sushi bar that was promised and where was the ice cream that was promised. We thought that in spite of the circumstances on the first night the trip was very smooth.

Pros: The weather was great and the ports of call were awesome as usual.

Cons: I felt like the food was minimal. It was good food but when it was not meal time I felt like food was sparse. I know it is silly but the soft serve ice cream closed at 6:45 pm. Why?

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.
