This was a poor expereince overall ! We booked on cruise .com and it seemed like a great value , unfortunately we got what we paid :(. We learned once on board that this ship had been sold and was being retired, in a few months. The service, food and condition of the ship was so under par for RC that they should not sail anymore now!! The crew was unattentive and rude. The food quality was quite frankly, unacceptable. We politely ask for some type of refund or credit. We are frequent cruisers , with many other lines and expect more from RC. ( which prior to this was our cruiseline of choice )
