Cruise was ok but not great!

Review SummaryRoyal Caribbean should in some way offer more than a sorry to cstomers who pay for a destination stop and to cruise 3x and not make it to the same destination is poor customer satisfaction on the art of the company, I do understand that acts of God are no ones fault but please do something to ensure repeat customers that we will offer you a small refund or some compensation on the ship. Very displeased because we travel every 2 years with 35-40 family memebers and we had some that left this cruise feeleing very upset with the care of your company for its customers and espesically repeat crusier with you. But we are aware that we are small to an outfit and in know way do we matter because you cannot please all of your guest, but to speak withother guest that was on this boat for the 3rd and 4th time and say they to have never made the second destination and nothing but a simple sorry no for of compensation poor business.
