we go on a lot of cruises and have been on this ship many times. the food was better than ever. ship was very clean . seems like all the the crew was new and very courteous. cruise director not as informative as the last one.the crown and anchor society was not up to par. tried to ask the crown and anchor rep a quick question no one but him at his desk and no one one around and he informed me i had to have a appointment to talk. this was a real turn off. he's not good for royal caribbean's future. recorded music on ship was not very pleasant to listen to. needs improvement. selections not good. speaker system in the pool deck area not very clear.

Pros: the food in the winjammer was better than the last few times

Cons: crown and anchor society going down hill
