Disappointing to say the Least

Sail Date: August 03, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

Welcome aboard lunch ... we felt like cattle being hearded into a corral, no place to sit, long lines. Room was dirty, bed sloppily made, showed age, some of the staff needs to get out of the hospitality business or learn their products better, our luggage was damaged and they haphazardly repaired, teen guide late for excursions and had no clue what the process was, incorrect information provided for departure.

Pros: Coco Cay

Cons: Rooms were dirty\, persistent misinformation\, damaged luggage\, rude staff

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED) 221? No.

Ship Quality
Old ship badly in need of refurbishment. Smelled of stale smoke.
Food and Dining
Main dining was actually good. Staff was great. The buffets had cold food\, lack of seating.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
