We had a great time all over the ship. Especially at the Steak House upstairs. Its an extra $15 a night but worth every penny.

I live 10 minutes from a Carnival Cruiseline dock that goes out twice a week to the same destination for less money.

I'd rather drive the 2 1/2 hours to Port Canaveral to take the Monarch and Royal Carribean. They are worth the extra effort.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was everywhere and at all times. If you go hungry on this ship you are a total moron. Quality depending on what part of the ship it was being served. I actually prefered the top deck buffet and seperate steak house over the dining room. All of it was good though.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
It's an older ship so you have to expect less of the perks you get with the newer ones. No waterslides and crazy stuff like that.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
They are fantastic. They have a dedicated kids babysitting area. The only problem was on our winter cruise last year they scaled the hours back big time. Made us miss some of the onboard entertainment.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Great service all the way around the ship.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
She is an older ship, but she is very clean and was remodeled like 6 - 7 years ago.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Rooms were neat, clean and well stocked. No complaints.

Pros: Liked everything

Cons: Would have liked better hours for the kids babysitting service.
