Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

I have sailed on Monarch three times and it has been an exceptional experience. Each time it has been less pleasureable with food and service. One time We had problem with cabin steward another time with the food on the Coco cay bbq. It is almost as though the crew knows that the ship is sold and they will be moving on.

Pros: crew and staff were very accomidating and friendly

Cons: food quality is deteriating. It used to be very high quality and seems to be much less than before

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.
