The ship is old and out dated...staff needs major customer service training....a re-vamp! The state rooms need better cleaning.....overall....POOR FOR EVERYTHING....

Pros: the service from the wait staff was good

Cons: the customer service from the other members was not good...ship is too old...

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED) 221? No.
