A cruise that we will never forget

Sail Date: February 13, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

This was our first cruise. The over all trip and services were fantastic. The food in the Windjammer was always fresh. The dinning room was not only beautiful, but the food was fantastic (credit to the chefs). The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be on another cruise in the near future.

Pros: The staff was exceptional

Cons: The Fifteez Group from Argentinia

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!

Ship Quality
The layout of the ship was explained on every deck, so it was very easy to find our way around. The decor and cleanliness was an A+.
Food and Dining
There was always plenty of food. It just never ended. We chose My time dining, which gave us plenty of time for shows, and other activeties.
Cabin / Stateroom
The stateroom was larger than we expected. Always clean and neat. We loved our animal towels very much.
Service and Staff
The staff went above and beyond. There are always so that you will bond with and they became our friends right away.
Entertainment
The entertainment was great. The talent of the dancers and singers were exceptional.
