A wasted five days

Sail Date: January 01, 2012

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

Ship is very old and needs to be renovated again or should be scrapped.

Pros: Not much to like

Cons: Dirty condition of the stateroom and ship in general.

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.

Food and Dining
Had one meal that was very bad but in general things weren't bad.
Service and Staff
The staff was very apologetic as usual but had to be pushed to get things done.
Entertainment
Ship Quality
I have been on a few cruises before and this would have to be the dirtiest ship that I have been on.
Cabin / Stateroom
The stateroom was very bad. There was no refrigerator or safe. The toilet was filthy dirty and I had no hot water for 2 nights.
