Not happy with the cruise

Sail Date: November 28, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

Never should there be alowed smoking inside of the ship! It ruins the air for everybody! If they must smoke, let them go up on the top deck to smoke! It made the Balero night club very smelly and smoky! the non-smokers out numbered the smokers, and it made us feel like second-class people.

Pros: The shows

Cons: No where to sit while waiting for the dinner times, and the floors and tables not clean in the buffet rooms. Took way to long for the servers to clean off the tables.

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.

Ship Quality
The room sterwarts were very good! Also the dinning room waiters! They were great. But the waiters in the buffet rooms were not good.
Cabin / Stateroom
Rooms were very small compared to the other ships we were on. But the TV channels were great!
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
Entertainment
The shows were veery very good.
