overall impression was good. would have been happier if they would have given us something free after missing our stop at Coco Cay. that was extremely disappointing as this was our first cruise and I very much looked forward to visiting Coco Cay.

Pros: the staff and the food

Cons: not getting to stop at Coco Cay, difficult to control temp in shower, expected to have lobster on dining room menu, bought very expensive pictures

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED) 221? No.

Food and Dining
steak was not cooked the way I asked, was hoping to see lobster on the menu. lobster was probably in the restaurant that you had to pay for
Cabin / Stateroom
stateroom attendant did a good job

we should have tried the shore excursions. trying to get around town on our own was very chaotic. avoid horse and buggy rides--a ripoff. straw market was also a ripoff.
Don't Miss: atlantis; cabbage beach
