The ship was clean but in need of some repairs and upgrades. I felt only some of the staff was very friendly, while most didn't really seem to care one way or another.

Pros: Crew and process very organized

Lots of people trying to sell you things. Some points of interest like Paradise Island. Snprkeling excursion was good.
