Exceptional service and experience

Sail Date: September 01, 2011

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This was our first cruise and we loved everything about it. The crew staff were very personable and pleasant. Our waitstaff, Hiram and Jesus, in the dining room were exceptional and catered to the children, as well as the adults. Our stateroom attendant, John, really took care of our room and made towel animals as surprises every evening and provided turn down service. The excursion to Cococay was wonderful. Our every need was taken care of and we definitely recommend this ship. The ship was very clean.

Pros: Everything, the shows, the service, the atmosphere, the care given to the passengers

Cons: Having the cruise end
