Never go on the Monarch again!!

Pros: dining room personnel-esp. Daniel and Mario

Cons: upon arrival tv & ac didn't work. Toilet backed up-same experience we had on our last cruise onthe Monarch. Ladies restroom on 4th floor only had 2 stalls open-others where locked and backed up

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
We were not told that the porthole looked out onto a decvk--not the ocean. Small in size.
Ship Quality
TV & AC not working on our arrival. toilet backed up in our cabin. Ladies restroom outside dining rm. on 4th floor only had 2 stalls open others were locked and backed up--putrid snell after just leaving the diningrm.

Food and Dining
Food was not that great but the service was wonderful-Daniel and Mario were wonderful.
Service and Staff
Diningroom staff- Daniel And Mario were great.
