Cruise was better than expected
3 Night Bahamas (Port Canaveral Roundtrip)
Sail Date: July 15, 2011
Ship: Monarch of the Seas
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Family (older children)
Reviewed: 7 years ago
Review SummaryOverall, the ship was nice. It is showing its age, but the staff does a great job of making it look spectacular. We were not sure what to expect as our previous cruising experience was not the most pleasant and we were never going to cruise again. This was a special request for a graduation present and I will have to say that the experience was much different than previous and we enjoyed it much more than we had anticipated. While I cannot guarantee that we will cruise again as overall it is not our choice for traveling, this experience has at least made it a maybe instead of an definite no.
