Been on ship before and continue to enjoy ship and staff. First time using Jr Suite, excellent location on 10th Fl, spacious cabin. This was my Mom's first time on this ship. Boarding was organized and quick. Lobby area of ship very attractive-beautiful.

Dinner staff pulled out Red Carpet - service impecable. Prompt resolution of very minor issue and many apologies along with nice fruit & cheese tray to say "sorry" . Mr Mustafa of Claude Dinig Room is the BEST ! Wonderful staff.
