Our first Cruise experience

Sail Date: March 25, 2011

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This was our first cruise and we did not know what to expect. The first expression when we saw the ship was "WOW!!!". Being a traveller with young kids, safety was the first priority. The way kids were treated before boarding and onboard was a class apart.
The onboard room service and dinner service was very good. There were a whole range of entertainment options for adults and kids. The food and the variety was fantastic. Overall it was an memorable experience. We will plan a next cruise in near future but all of us felt anything surpassing Monarch of The Seas will be difficult.

Pros: Practically everything

Cons: Difficult to identify
